Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-awareness. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and challenges with self-esteem. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I believe therapy is a place to feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and personalized to each client. I believe you know yourself best, so we’ll work together to understand your experiences, identify your goals, and find tools that work for you. I use evidence-based approaches while keeping therapy practical, collaborative, and focused on what matters most to you. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more confident, grounded, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brings you to therapy. I’ll create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can talk openly and at your own pace. We’ll discuss what you’re hoping to work on and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. You don’t need to have everything figured out—we’ll take that first step together.
