Great to meet you!

I’m Lisbeth, a licensed counselor and art therapist passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m committed to creating a safe, affirming space where every identity is respected and celebrated. I believe that healing happens through connection, compassion, and self-expression, and I bring warmth and curiosity to every session.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates CBT, mindfulness practices, and EMDR to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and equipped to manage life’s challenges. I also encourage creative self-expression as a powerful tool for growth, especially when words alone aren’t enough. My work is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect to feel supported and heard as we work together to understand what you’ve been experiencing. I’ll help you identify practical tools and coping strategies so you begin to feel more grounded and in control. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable, focusing on building trust and a strong foundation for the work ahead.
