Lisbette was born in Lima. She joined her father and the rest of the family in 1997 in the USA. She loves to learn and apply new techniques to improve the emotional symptomology of her clients. She enjoys reading and mindfulness techniques, such as guided meditation and grounding techniques. She has experienced many of her client's struggles and feels confident that she can help them overcome fears, stress, and other challenges that prevent them from reaching their highest potential and freedom.
