Great to meet you!

I help adults who struggle to trust themselves after experiencing frustration, criticism, or emotional neglect. Many of my clients want to make better choices in relationships, take care of their needs, and stop repeating unhelpful patterns. With over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy and research and a multicultural background from living in three countries, I specialize in supporting Hispanic, Latino, and immigrant adults striving for healthier relationships and a renewed sense of confidence, motivation, and meaning.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is thoughtful and focused on real progress. I will help you build the capacity to navigate life in ways that truly work for you. My approach is integrative, grounded in humanistic psychology, and informed by evidence-based methods from different modalities.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I’ll guide you through a conversation that looks at your experiences, relationships, routines, history, and current life circumstances, to see how everything connects. From there, we’ll create a treatment plan that reflects your needs and goals. My intention is for you to leave the first session feeling grounded, understood, and hopeful about the work we’ll do together.
