Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience treating adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and mood disorders. I work especially well with high-functioning professionals and women facing life transitions, burnout, or generational patterns. My background includes leadership and program development, and I bring both clinical expertise and real-world understanding into my work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe medication should be thoughtful and intentional and not rushed or one-size-fits-all. I work with clients to understand the full picture of their mental health, including stress, relationships, medical factors, and personal history. Treatment plans are individualized, practical, and designed for long-term stability.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will take time to explore your history, current symptoms, and goals in depth. I focus on understanding patterns and not just diagnoses, so we can build a plan that feels aligned and sustainable. You can expect a structured yet conversational experience where your concerns are taken seriously and decisions are made collaboratively.
