Great to meet you!

At Whitetower Counseling, I am dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space for clients, whether we meet virtually or in person. My practice centers on helping clients feel understood and supported, providing a therapeutic environment where they can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. With a commitment to transparency and consent, I prioritize clarity in all therapeutic interactions to ensure clients feel fully informed and comfortable.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I employ a holistic, strength-based perspective, integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet each client’s unique needs. With specialties in EMDR, ACT, TF-CBT, Somatic Therapy, and EFT. I blend psychoeducation with compassionate support to help clients foster self-awareness and be less judgmental of themselves. Together, we work through complex emotions and challenges in a way that honors each client’s journey and goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients working with me can expect to gain greater self-compassion, clarity, and resilience. Through our work, you’ll gain practical skills to navigate daily stressors, understand and manage symptoms, and feel empowered in your relationships and personal growth. My goal is for you to leave each session with a sense of understanding, tools to support your well-being, and a renewed confidence in your path forward.
