I work mostly with evidence-based practices, those are research-based practices that have been proven through research, to help alter mood and beliefs (ex. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR) but I also know that different things work best for different people, that’s where you can take the lead (Narrative Based Theories, Art Therapy, Mindfulness, and etc.).
