I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor with over a decade of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults in community-based care settings. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Hunter College (CUNY) and a Master of Arts in Mental Health and School Counseling from Webster University.
I believe that a strong therapeutic rapport is essential to effective treatment and lasting change. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, helping clients feel comfortable, understood, and empowered. I meet my clients where they are and work with them to define and achieve the goals that matter most to them.
My work focuses on helping clients learn healthy skills and develop adaptive coping strategies to support their healing process. I strive to assist clients in exploring the underlying causes of their symptoms in order to promote deeper understanding and long-term change.
