Great to meet you!
I’ve spent the last 10 years working in the mental health field, beginning as a case manager supporting adults on their journey of recovery from substance use, addiction, and complex mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depression. Over time, my path led me to become a licensed marriage and family therapist, where I’ve developed a deep passion for trauma-informed care and supporting neurodivergent individuals—including those with ADHD and high-functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder. My clinical journey began with the Veterans Administration, where I interned providing couples therapy and working in the PTSD clinic with Veterans. That experience solidified my commitment to trauma work and relational healing. After earning my degree in 2020, I continued my work in community-based settings, offering in-home therapy to families with at-risk youth, helping them stay out of the juvenile system and succeed academically and emotionally.
