Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a warm, calm, and nonjudgmental space for therapy. I specialize in working with survivors of trauma, including family-of-origin abuse or neglect, sexual abuse, interpersonal violence, and religious trauma. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem, and self-compassion challenges. My goal is to help clients feel safe, understood, and empowered as they explore their experiences and begin to reconnect with themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized, drawing from evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities, such as EMDR. Whether you’re processing past experiences or noticing how they show up in your present life, therapy can be a space to move at your own pace and toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of safety and trust. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process.

Together, we’ll begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. There’s no pressure to share everything right away. Therapy is collaborative, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of what working together could look like.
