Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Tucson, Arizona with 10 years of experience supporting families, adults, teens, and children. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma and I work with clients who are ready to make meaningful change but aren't sure where to start. My approach is collaborative — I meet you where you are and we build from there.

My approach to therapy

I draw primarily from a Person-Centered Approach and tailor my style to what each client needs. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership, so I bring warmth and honesty to every session. My goal is to help you increase self-awareness, identify your strengths, and build real tools that will help you through your healing process. I truly believe that people can see change when having a better understanding of their mind and body.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's brought you in, what's felt hard lately, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. There's no pressure to have everything figured out — you just have to show up. By the end, you should feel heard and have a clearer sense of what we'll work on together.
