Great to meet you!

I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Saint Joseph in Connecticut and have over eight years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and am committed to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care. As a bilingual clinician, I offer therapy in both English and Spanish to better support clients in expressing themselves comfortably.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. My work is informed by evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR. I focus on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work through difficult experiences in a supportive and nonjudgmental space.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what has brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying areas you would like support with. My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you feel safe to share and begin your therapeutic journey.
