The anxiety, guilt, or self-criticism that shows up might be quiet in public but loud in private. You look like you have it together, but inside it’s exhausting.

With previous clinical and leadership experience in behavioral health and eating disorder treatment settings, I bring both expertise and empathy to our work together. I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counseling (LCPC) with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
