Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, my mission is to support you in becoming your most authentic and empowered self. I understand that anxiety and depression often come with a wide range of experiences, including trauma, family conflict, school or work-related stress, life transitions, and difficulties achieving personal goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in helping people who are struggling with anxiety and stress to enhance their ability to cope with discomfort, regulate and express emotions, and strengthen the mind-body connection. Whether you’d like to process difficult experiences from the past or discuss daily stressors, I offer a safe and confidential space where you will be supported.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach is strengths-based and person-centered, and although I have clinical licensure, I view you as the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as a guide—helping you explore your thoughts and emotions, deepen your self-understanding, and build confidence in your ability to manage life’s challenges.
