Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I offer a warm and supportive space where you can speak openly about what is happening in your life. I have specialized training in EMDR and trauma-focused therapy and tailor our work to what feels most helpful for you. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and curious. Together, we’ll look at what is happening in your life now while also exploring the experiences and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I integrate EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches to help you process difficult experiences and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. I’m an engaged therapist, so you can expect thoughtful questions, honest feedback, and plenty of compassion along the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what has been difficult, what you would like to change, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to tell your whole story at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and with a clearer sense of where we can begin.
