Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 30 years of experience, my career has encompassed many different developmental stages as well as diverse clients. My private practice had clients from three to adult. I have worked with both individuals as well as parents and children. The concerns have been wide ranging-depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, school issues and trauma-to name some. I have considerable experience working with traumatized clients.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic framework is integrative, which means that I utilize a variety of approaches depending on the issue we are addressing. I utilize cognitive behavior techniques, humanistic (client-centered), family-of-origin work, somatic techniques as well as others as the need arises. Our conversation and treatment plan will be tailored to meet your unique and specific needs.

What you can expect from me

It can be daunting to ask for help. However, you are taking the first steps towards change and seeking a more fulfilling and satisfying life. If you are ready to start that journey, I will be here to support and guide you. Therapy is a process. It takes time, patience and endurance. While the ultimate goal is to address and process issues that are a barrier to self-fulfillment, it is important to realize it can be a painful experience as we travel your path together.
