Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN, PMHNP-BC) and Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC), I specialize in supporting first responders, healthcare workers, government personnel, young adults, and executives & professionals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and chronic stress.

Treatment combines evidence-based medication management and supportive psychotherapy, with an emphasis on building resilience, restoring balance, and promoting sustainable wellbeing. I offer flexible, confidential, and judgment-free care, designed to fit the realities of demanding lives—without red tape or unnecessary barriers.

My approach to therapy

I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach to care. Treatment should be responsive, not rigid — so I don't stick with something that isn't working just because changing course feels inconvenient.

Together, we will build a plan around you: medication, supportive psychotherapy, or a combination of both, adjusted as things change. No fixed formulas, no unnecessary detours.

Care with me is authentic. My goal is to create a space where you can say what's actually on your mind — not a carefully edited version of it.

What you can expect from me

During your first appointment, we’ll take time to review your concerns, symptoms, history, and what you’re hoping to get out of care. We’ll discuss relevant medical, psychiatric, and medication history, as well as current stressors and supports. We’ll talk through treatment options, which may include medication, therapy, or both and create an initial plan together. The first visit is a starting point for understanding your concerns and planning next steps. The goal is simple: less stress, more balance, and a life that doesn't feel like a countdown to your next day off.
