Great to meet you!

My education consists of a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a post masters certificate in autism spectrum disorders, a CCTP (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional), my BC-TMH (Board Certified Telemental Health) certificate in addition to EMDR training (but not certified). I pride myself on being on a consistent quest for more education to expand both my personal and professional knowledge and have more certifications and education in mind and in the works--stay tuned!

My approach to therapy

Therapy, like life, is an individual and personal experience. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I utilize many different theoretical perspectives to support and empower clients throughout treatment. I pride myself on being flexible and providing individualized care. We all can make changes in life, but beforehand, we have to have a great desire and the appropriate tools to do so. It is my pleasure to assist you in finding the right tools for your journey toward greater wellness.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect direct communication and active engagement on my part, with humor and precision of language as we work together to get them where they want to be. I bring the gift of myself to every session.
