Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and supportive therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I work with adults facing anxiety, alcohol and substance use concerns, relationship difficulties, and personality-related challenges. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical coping strategies. Whether you're working through anxiety, substance use concerns, or longstanding patterns that no longer serve you, we'll work together to build insight, resilience, and lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and goals so I can better understand how to support you. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what's important to you, and begin creating a plan for moving forward at a pace that feels comfortable.
