Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over five years of experience working with adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, life stress, relationship concerns, and parenting challenges. Many of the individuals I support struggle with emotional burnout, constant worry, or feeling stuck, even when things appear manageable on the outside. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, while also gently identifying patterns that may be contributing to distress and excessive stress

My approach to therapy

My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Attachment-based approaches. I work with individuals ages 18–60 and commonly address anxiety, depression, relationship stress (individual therapy only), parenting concerns, adjustment issues, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a calm, supportive space where clients feel safe to reflect, build insight, and develop practical coping skills. I enjoy setting clear goals with clients, reviewing progress, and offering tools and exercises that can be used outside of sessions.
