Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Liz Jenkins, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Relationship Coach with over 39 years of experience helping couples and individuals navigate challenges, strengthen communication, and build fulfilling relationships. My journey has been shaped not only by my clinical training—including a master's in counseling psychology and a PhD in psychology—but also by real-life experiences. I've been happily married for over 38 years, raised two amazing daughters, and have guided countless couples and individuals toward deeper connection and personal growth.

My background includes leading psychiatric units, providing expert testimony, and speaking publicly on mental health and relationships. I work with couples looking to repair and reignite their relationships, individuals seeking personal growth or relationship clarity, and those navigating major life transitions. Whether you’re seeking to restore intimacy, rebuild trust, or create a strong foundation for the future, I offer compassionate, strategic support tailored to your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I take a results-driven, research-backed approach that blends clinical expertise with real-world strategies. My work is grounded in cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, and solution-focused therapies, as well as intensive coaching methods designed to create rapid, meaningful progress.

I believe therapy should be practical, effective, and tailored to fit your life. With warmth, humor, and direct guidance, I help clients uncover unproductive patterns, break through communication barriers, and build healthier relationships. My work is collaborative—whether you’re an individual or a couple, we’ll work together to set clear goals and develop actionable strategies to achieve lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools to navigate their relationships and personal growth with confidence. My goal is to help you gain clarity, shift unhelpful patterns, and implement strategies that create lasting change. Whether we’re improving communication, restoring connection, or working through personal challenges, you’ll walk away with actionable steps that bring you closer to the relationship and life you truly desire.

If you’re ready to strengthen your relationship, rediscover connection, or gain personal clarity, let’s get started. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—I’m here to help.
