Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a clinical social worker with 7+ years of experience working with a range of folks, especially those with LGBTQ+ identities. I have extensive experience with caregivers, older adults, and people experiencing grief or processing trauma. I am kink- and sex- positive and affirming of polyamory and other alternative relationship structures. I am also sex work and sex worker affirming. Initiating therapy can be challenging and my goal is to make it as accessible as possible. I look forward to hearing from you!

My approach to therapy

I think it is vital to ensure that mental health is accessible. I have seen so many people - folks I've worked with & my own loved ones - who have felt prevented or limited in accessing therapy that works for them, and I hope to disrupt that pattern.

What you can expect from me

I defer as a therapist to your expertise about your experiences and hope to assist in contextualizing them and deepening your understanding of yourself and the work you hope to do.
