Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Liz! I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who uses a trauma-informed approach, including EMDR and Brainspotting, to support your healing. I work with teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, and the weight of adoption or big life transitions, and I'm comfortable including faith and spirituality in our work when that's part of your story.

My approach to therapy

I have training in EMDR and Brainspotting to help you recover from challenging or disturbing events. I am also comfortable including spiritually or faith in your work if this is part of your story.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want to get to know you and understand what brought you to therapy. Together we'll explore your hopes and goals, and start building a plan that fits your pace. Whether we're working through a disturbing experience, a life transition, or ongoing anxiety, my goal is for you to leave feeling more grounded and hopeful about what's ahead.
