Anxiety, Depression, Identity Issues, LGBTQIA+, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I have 15 years of clinical experience providing care to adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. I often work with clients who are navigating periods of transition in their lives. I began my career working with asylum seekers in a hospital-based setting, and later provided support to individuals experiencing depression, suicidal ideation, and self-harm in a non-profit organization. Currently, I work in a college setting, offering therapy to young adults as they explore their identities and manage mental health concerns during this formative stage of life. I work as part of a collaborative team, which allows me to continually learn and implement best practices in therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My intention is to provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming therapeutic space to explore your challenges, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from our first session

We will reflect on patterns that may no longer be serving you, identify your strengths, and explore strategies that can facilitate the effective changes that you are seeking.
