Great to meet you!

I have a MS in Counseling, graduated from Eastern Illinois University and have experience working with a variety of ages, but especially love teens and adults! I have experience counseling in a school setting and community based mental health practice. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders/ body image complex, adjustment disorders, ADHD/ Executive Functioning and have experience working with teens that are on the Autism Spectrum. I provide parent training/consult and have recently started working with couples who struggle with communication needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a mix of person-centered and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy).
