Great to meet you!

I graduated from SUNY Buffalo with my MSW in 2011 and have been a clinical Social Worker for over 10 years now. I have worked with many populations including teens, men, women, Veterans, survivors of trauma, and incarcerated or legally bound individuals. I honor a Safe Space in my practice and have worked with the LGBTQ community. I work with diagnoses including Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Anger Management, and interpersonal issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a lot like who I am as a person; humorous, honest, inquisitive, caring, empowering, intelligent and open-minded. I love what I do and it shows in my therapy and the relationships I build with those I serve.

What you can expect from me

I work hard to help empower people and to help it be clear that no one is doing this alone, even if it's just the two of us for right now.

Sessions are personal, trauma-informed, confidential, expressive, and tailored to meeting the client where they are; what brought you in today.
