Great to meet you!

I'm Liz, and I have a passion for helping people grow and heal. I have been providing therapy for 13 years, and have specialized in helping people heal from the past and grow into their best, healthiest selves.

My approach to therapy

When I'm working with clients, I am warm but direct and use an approach that is collaborative. It's important to me that we both feel good about where therapy is going, and that we're intentional about what we're working on. I am certified in EMDR and have additional training in ACT and IFS.

What you can expect from me

During a first session, I like to get to know clients, understand their histories, and answer any questions clients have about me or therapy. I think it is important to address any concerns or worries people have about therapy so my clients are feeling comfortable and safe. I also like to use initial sessions to come to a shared understanding about problems and goals.
