I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about working together with my clients to get them back in the driver's seat in their life. Feeling good about yourself and appreciating who you are and the unique gifts and talents you possess is paramount to living the life you imagine. Working through traumas, developing the skills in becoming more mindful, and gaining self awareness facilitates healing and confidence.

Therapy is successful when there is a safe space to explore what is important to you. I will listen, provide feedback, and be your partner in a team effort to get you back in the driver's seat. I want you to be an active participant in our work together. I am warm, caring, friendly, open and honest and believe in the strengths of my clients.

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin to build a foundation based on trust and feeling safe. My goal is for you to feel listened to and understood during each session while respecting your comfort level and letting you be the guide in our work together. We will establish goals and if you are open to it you will also work on easy weekly challenges that we will create together.
