I received my Master’s of Arts degree in mental health counseling from Caldwell University. My professional experience has been primarily working with adults struggling with addiction, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
My style consists of a lot of metaphor, humor, and empathy to help clients feel comfortable. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches to focus on your strengths and create realistic solutions.
The foundation of any healthy mental wellbeing is coping skills. All my clients will walk away with 5 coping skills they can rely on in various settings and situations. By the time therapy has concluded, you will have a greater self-awareness, ability to cope, and improved confidence.
