Thank you for taking the time to read my page, and for considering me to help you on your mental health journey. I am a seasoned behavioral health professional that offers holistic care, with over 20 years of nursing experience. With dual board certifications and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice degree, I provide comprehensive psychiatric care, fostering a caring, and compassionate approach, promoting wellness and positive mental health outcomes.

In our first session, we will go over your current mental health concerns, your mental health history to include any current or previous medications, and any previous therapy modalities used in the past. We will work together to develop your goals and plans for treatment.

I am privileged to be able to care for clients wherever they are in their mental health journey. I believe in a collaborative approach to treatment, where we work together towards achieving optimal mental health outcomes. I am committed to providing compassionate care and support, and empowering clients to take an active role in their mental health.

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, or trauma. I provide a safe non judgmental space to allow one to express themselves confidentially. We will explore your options with therapy and/or medications, collaborating together to develop a plan of treatment. Clients I have worked with have seen an improvement in their symptoms, and day to day functioning, within 1-2 months and beyond.
