Great to meet you!

Hey, you! First, give yourself a lot of credit for taking this first step into your therapy journey; it is never easy to decide to seek help. But I am glad you are here, and I am ready to help.

I have been a Licensed Mental health Counselor for eight years in Florida and recently in Arizona.

I have worked with clients with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, existential crisis, adjustment life issues, stress management, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach combines a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavior skills, humanistic therapy, strength-based, positive psychology, culturally sensitive, trauma-focused, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.

What you can expect from our first session

I always aim to create a safe and trusting space, so you feel free to discuss any type of concern or presenting issue. I believe in treating everyone with respect, cultural sensitivity, and compassion. I also believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels where great transformation can occur when one is ready.
