Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and I want you to feel comfortable from the moment we start. My hope is that our time together feels safe, welcoming, and like a space where you can just be yourself. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D), I use a mix of approaches—CBT, integrative and holistic practices, and person‐centered work—but what matters most is finding what actually fits you.

We’ll move at your pace and shape the process around your needs. Sometimes that means practical tools you can use right away; other times it’s slowing down, talking things through, and making sense of what you’re feeling. Whatever it looks like, we’ll figure it out together in a way that feels supportive and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

I work with people facing all kinds of challenges—anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and the ups and downs that come with major life changes. In our sessions, you’ll have space to build resilience, find coping strategies that actually work for you, and get clearer about the places where you’ve been feeling stuck.

I see therapy as something we do together. It’s a collaborative, goal‐focused process that supports what you’re dealing with right now while also helping you grow in ways that last. We’ll take it step by step and shape the work around what feels most meaningful for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy right now. I’ll ask a few questions about your goals, your background, and what you’ve been dealing with, but there’s absolutely no pressure to share anything before you’re ready.

My focus is on creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard. From there, we’ll start shaping a plan that fits your needs and gives us a clear, comfortable starting point for the work we’ll do together.
