Great to meet you!

Hi I am Dr. Liza. I grew up in rural Wyoming, lived in Utah for many years, and over the last three years moved to Georgia. I have been married for 26 years to my high school sweetheart and have three beautiful children.

I am so excited to get to know you. I look forward to using our therapeutic relationship built on trust, kindness, respect, and openness to help you build on the life you are seeking. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples in many varying situations which include mental health, addictions, behavioral, and relational concerns. This is my 18th year as a clinician and every relationship I build with clients is so important. I believe in you!!

My approach to therapy

I use a very warm, direct approach to therapy which fosters a healthy, trusting therapeutic relationship facilitating change. You can expect CBT, motivational interviewing, relational experiences, and an eclectic approach during our time together based upon your needs.
