Dr. Liza Sanderson

Hi I am Dr. Liza. I grew up in rural Wyoming, lived in Utah for many years, and over the last three years moved to Georgia. I have been married for 26 years to my high school sweetheart and have three beautiful children.

I am so excited to get to know you. I look forward to using our therapeutic relationship built on trust, kindness, respect, and openness to help you build on the life you are seeking. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples in many varying situations which include mental health, anxiety and depression, addictions, behavioral, and relational concerns. This is my 21st year as a clinician and every relationship I build with clients is so important. I believe in you!!

I use a very warm, direct approach to therapy which fosters a healthy, trusting therapeutic relationship facilitating change. You can expect CBT, motivational interviewing, relational experiences, systemic, familial, and an eclectic approach during our time together based upon your needs.

Clients can expect a warm environment in which I will ask questions and listen intently to what you are desiring in your life to change. We will establish a plan that will guide us in our sessions to develop the happy healthy life you are desiring.
