Sometimes in life we find ourselves in a place where we need to talk with someone else about the burdens that we are carrying in our hearts and our minds. We know that we can't continue to go on this way but we don't know what to do to get out of it. As your counselor, I can provide a safe and secure place for you to find healing and restoration for your heart, mind, and body.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, utilizing trauma-informed CBT, DBT and EMDR therapies. I also offer Integrative Christian Counseling for those seeking assistance within the Christian faith.
