Great to meet you!

Many of the clients I work with are high-achieving adults who appear calm and capable on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained behind the scenes. You may be used to being the dependable one — the person others rely on — while quietly managing pressure, overthinking, or high expectations internally.

I work with professionals, caregivers, and individuals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what has been weighing on you without feeling like you have to hold everything together alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Together, we explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck in cycles of stress, overthinking, or self-criticism. At the same time, we focus on building practical skills to help you regulate emotions, set healthier boundaries, and develop a more balanced relationship with yourself and others. Therapy is always tailored to your unique experiences, values, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable foundation for our work together. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope might begin to feel different in your life.

There is no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood as we identify meaningful goals for therapy and determine how I can best support you moving forward.
