Great to meet you!

I was born in El Paso, TX, and earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Texas Tech University in 2011. I then completed a Master of Arts in Counseling and Guidance at New Mexico State University, focusing on Spanish mental health. As a proud first-generation Mexican-American, I use my bilingual and bicultural background to serve my community. For the past five years, I have focused my career on supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a clinician, I offer an array of different modalities that clients have the freedom to choose from. I am certified in Trauma-Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy to help children process trauma in a way that is comforting to them.

What you can expect from our first session

I am committed to supporting clients on their therapeutic journeys with compassion, focusing on those dealing with complex trauma, depression, and anxiety. I create a safe space for healing and growth, helping clients confront their past while building resilience and empowerment. Additionally, I offer guidance for psychedelic integration, assisting individuals in navigating the insights gained from psychedelic therapy
