Great to meet you!

I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the step to begin therapy is both brave and meaningful. With over 10 years of experience supporting children, families, and expecting parents, I’ve seen how powerful healing can be when trust and acceptance are present. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges and move toward growth. Clients often describe me as compassionate, steady, and deeply invested in their progress.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person has a unique story that deserves to be honored and understood. Our work together will be collaborative — built on open communication, mutual respect, and genuine care. I’ll listen closely, gently challenge when needed, and walk alongside you as you build insight and confidence in your own resilience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals and begin shaping a plan that feels comfortable and realistic for you. You can expect warmth, honesty, and space to share your story freely — and leave with a sense of direction and hope for what’s ahead.
