I graduated from Walden University in 2020 with a master's in nursing. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide both mental and behavioral care to patients with depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, Bipolar disorders, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health-related issues. Every patient is different, and I address the needs of my clients based on their individual needs. My mission is to prioritize and provide accessible mental health care to everyone virtually based on evidence-based practice.

Mental health is broad, and many patients might find it challenging to understand what is going on with them. My role as a psychiatric nurse practitioner is to explain the patient’s diagnosis, treatment options or plan, and preventive strategies in a way that is easy for the patient to understand. I encourage every patient to ask questions and empower them to participate actively in their care.

By the end of each session, I expect the client to be able to understand and identify the source of their triggers and emotions, talk better about themselves, and be ready to embrace positive change. I expect them to improve their self-care needs and create strong and beneficial relationships.
