Great to meet you!

Are you seeking emotional support for your child? Struggling to connect with them? Feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or angry about their behavior? Whether you're the one struggling or a parent feeling powerless in the face of your child's emotions, you're not alone, and you've come to the right place. Being a parent, or simply navigating life on your own, is one of the hardest jobs out there—especially when you're balancing relationships, work, and everything else that demands your attention. It’s completely normal to struggle with emotional regulation and expanding your window of tolerance, whether it be on your own or in connection with your child.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting highly sensitive persons (HSPs), including children with BIG emotions, as well as pre-teens, teens and young adults (18-24 years old) facing relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I also offer parent coaching and support. My approach creates a safe space for exploring and embracing all parts of yourself, helping one discover solace through difficult feelings.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a unique blend of play therapy, somatic, humanistic, and person-centered therapies. I love to utilize sandplay, art, humor, movement, and nature into our sessions. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a free 20-minute consultation, feel free to reach out! I look forward to connecting with you.
