I've spent the last 16 years helping clients navigate various obstacles. While they sought professional advice to cope with challenges, they're the ones who left me inspired by their vulnerability and desire for a better life.

As an immigrant and first-generation College graduate, I'm familiar with the pressures of holding on to cultural ideologies and assimilating. Navigating culture and "baggage" is no easy task, especially for young people of color where society/culture defines their future.

My goal is not to change who you are but to help you shift your mindset and utilize the skills needed to live and lead a wholesome life. Together, you and I will determine and implement the best approach needed to achieve your goal.
