Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Llaneh Garner, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I was drawn to becoming a therapist by a desire to help others feel heard, supported, and understood, especially during difficult seasons of life. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can be yourself, move at your own pace, and work toward meaningful change. I especially enjoy working with children, teens, and families navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, play, art, and practical coping tools to help clients express themselves and build confidence. I also enjoy partnering with parents to strengthen connection and support progress at home.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to feel active engagement throughout the session where you feel heard and understood. This is about, and for, you! And that's the way therapy with me will be, from beginning to end.
