Great to meet you!
I’m Lloyd Dallas Jackson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, combat Veteran, and mental health professional with more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health, leadership development, and counseling. I began my military career as an enlisted Infantry Soldier before earning a direct commission as an Army officer—a path known in the military as a “Mustang.” That experience gave me a unique perspective on leadership, service, and the challenges faced by those at every level.
I proudly served nearly 25 years in the United States Army, including two combat deployments, and retired in 2018 after serving in multiple leadership positions, including three commands focused on behavioral health. Following my military career, I spent approximately 20 years serving Veterans through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, helping individuals overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions while mentoring clinicians and developing leaders across large healthcare organizations.
