Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lluliana, a Latine Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, boundaries, panic attacks, and life transitions. I began my work in mental health supporting children and families and now especially enjoy working with first-generation individuals and those healing from childhood experiences that still feel heavy today. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in an anti-oppressive lens, meaning I value understanding the many experiences and identities that shape who we are. I strive to create a warm, empowering space that is LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent affirming, where you feel welcome to show up as your authentic self, with room for gentleness and humor.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is gentle, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I especially love using Brainspotting and have witnessed how deeply healing and transformative it can be for many areas of life, while also integrating other approaches such as EMDR, DBT skills, parts work, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and art. I consider myself eclectic because I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I also bring an anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA2S+, and neurodivergent affirming lens to therapy, honoring your lived experiences and working together in a way that feels supportive and respectful.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to better understand what brought you to therapy. My focus is on listening and helping you feel comfortable rather than immediately offering feedback or solutions. I want to understand your story, what feels important to you, and what support you are hoping for. Together, we will begin creating goals and a plan that reflects what healing and growth look like for you.
