Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a queer, non-binary high school counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in Sociology and Counseling Education. I primarily work with teens and young adults, but I’m here for anyone, especially if you’re navigating career changes, identity/values exploration, or looking for LGBTQIA+ affirming support. If you’re processing your own journey or someone else’s, I offer a judgment-free space to feel, question, and grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply rooted in culturally responsive care. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and I love weaving in somatic practices and Positive Psychology to help folks reconnect with their bodies, clarify their values, and move toward lives that feel meaningful and aligned.

What you can expect from me

My ultimate goal is to put myself out of a job. I don’t want you in therapy forever. I want to equip you with the skills and insight you need to work through what’s holding you back so that you can live a life of purpose and integrity, fully and freely. I believe therapy should be a collaboration, not a prescription.
