Great to meet you!

Hi I’m Lodi. I am a holistic practitioner, turned therapist. Before becoming a therapist I worked with individuals to achieve their personal health goals and to find balance in their lives incorporating Ayurveda, western herbalism and bodywork. I've worked for 15+ years with children and families in both private and public settings. I studied in the Community Mental Health program at CIIS, and worked with adolescents and their families in dual-diagnosis treatment for the past 2 years.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens in relation to one another, this is why I work relationally with clients. This means I meet you where you’re at, and work with you towards your goals in a non-judgmental approach that supports your self-discovery and agency. All of your parts are welcome. I use a systems-approach, which means seeing you within a larger context, not in isolation.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be getting to know one another, seeing if we’re a good fit and discovering your goals for our work together.
