Great to meet you!

I'm Logan (they/them) and I'm an East Asian non-binary person who has lived insight into what it’s like to exist outside the majority in a state like Ohio. I have experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, systemic-based trauma, and religious trauma. I believe it's crucial right now to prioritize decolonizing identity-specific therapy spaces, especially for QTBIPOC with intersecting marginalized identities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My passions are working with clients who are living with depression, anxiety, complex trauma, and religious trauma. I use a very client-led style of talk therapy with a systemic-trauma-informed approach. I also pull interventions from DBT, EMDR, IFS, CBT, MI, feminist, liberation-based, strengths-based and solution-focused theoretical orientations.

What you can expect from our first session

Some other fun facts about what I do outside of work! I love video games, food, the outdoors, and music. I'm an independent contractor with Vibrant Health Counseling and Teletherapy. Please feel free to reach out with more questions, I would love to get to meet you and work with you!
