Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Logan Horng, a therapist specializing in working with young adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, academic stress, and identity challenges. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT to help clients build resilience and create meaningful change. I earned my master’s degree from Columbia University and bring a warm, supportive style to our work together. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something different, therapy can be a powerful next step.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, supportive, and real. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also tailoring each session to fit your unique needs. We’ll work together to better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build practical tools to help you move forward. You can expect a warm, honest space where you’re encouraged to be yourself, explore challenges, and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical strategies to handle challenges outside of therapy. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, shift unhelpful patterns, and build confidence in managing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship stress. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe to be honest, explore new perspectives, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.
