Great to meet you!

I help clients explore their sense of self, accept who they are, and live a fulfilling life. Whether you’re figuring out identities, like gender and sexuality, recovering from trauma related to relationships, sex, or gender and sexuality, or having other sexual concerns, I can support you through the healing process. It is an honor and a privilege to be invited into the most sensitive parts of life to work towards a sense of safety, fun, and authenticity.

My approach to therapy

I hope to create a point of connection as a provider whom you can relate to, while honoring your unique experiences and particular struggles. My work with LGBT+ people started as an educator, which led to running support groups and then individual therapy. I am a certified Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapist. Therapy with me will help you to explore all parts of yourself and honor them with kindness. Get to know yourself, learn to stay present, and connect in meaningful ways.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I will listen to what you hope to get from therapy and identify how you prefer to receive feedback. Given my background in crisis assessments, the first session will evaluate whether I can provide appropriate care and recommendations if we aren't a good fit. I hope to get to know you and share what I can offer as a clinician.
