Great to meet you!

My name is Lois and I specialize in helping clients work through struggles in their relationship with others and themselves. Many come to me to work on setting healthy boundaries, processing and identifying emotions and learning new skills to practice outside of sessions. I am so glad you are here and I look forward to connecting with you!

My approach to therapy

Clients have shared that they like my direct yet warm guiding in sessions. I ask questions to help you reflect better about your thoughts and feelings. I offer different perspectives and suggestions when appropriate. I firmly believe we all are capable of achieving our highest potential but most are held down by fear. We will work through identifying those fears and barriers and work towards your goals.

What you can expect from me

You can expect for me to be fully present, honest and supportive as your therapist. I am your cheerleader and here to help support you on your journey. I prioritize creating an emotionally safe space for client's to process their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. We set realistic goals to work towards and start practicing healthier habits.
