Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals seeking support with their mental health. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, focusing on both therapy-informed communication and medication management. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to reach their goals. My mission is to help each person build resilience, improve daily functioning, and achieve lasting emotional well-being

My approach to therapy

As a PMHNP, I provide compassionate, patient-centered care that focuses on understanding each person’s unique story. I use a holistic, evidence-based approach that combines therapy, medication management, and lifestyle support. My goal is to create a safe, culturally sensitive space where clients feel heard and empowered to reach their mental-health goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where they can share what brought them to care. I’ll ask about symptoms, history, goals, and any concerns to help me understand the full picture. This visit is focused on getting to know you, not rushing into decisions. Together, we’ll discuss initial impressions, answer questions, and create a plan for next steps so you feel informed, supported, and comfortable moving forward.
